A newlywed couple from Denver were struck by lightning while hiking 
Mount Yale near Buena Vista, Colorado, on Friday, killing the bride.<br />

The woman was identified as Kathleen Bartlett, 31, of Denver. The man 
was identified as Ryan Pocius, 32, also from Denver. He was described as
 being in critical condition.<br />

The lightning strike happened on a Trail at 2 p.m. at an elevation of 
approximately 12,500 feet, which is about 2,000 feet below the summit.<br />
<br />
A father and son from Colorado Springs were also struck in the area at 
approximately the same time, and they both suffered minor injuries but 
were able to walk to safety. Their names have not been released.<br />
<br />
It took search crews more than two hours to reach the Denver man and 
woman. A Flight for Life helicopter was also delayed in getting to the 
scene to transport the man to the hospital due to stormy conditions.<br />
<br />
Officials with the National Weather Service said there were only two 
lightning strikes that hit the ground on Mount Yale on Friday.<br />

According to Heather, as soon as she answered the door, Falls, armed 
with a gun, asked her: "live or die?" Then he started choking her. <br />

Evidence found with dismembered bodies outside of Las Vegas, where Falls
 used to live, is similar to an item found in his car. And all the women
 were escorts, most of whom advertised online.<br />
<br />
"It's likely that Mr. Falls is a serial killer," said Steve Cooper, 
Charleston Police Department Chief of Detectives. "I believe she saved 
lives by shooting Mr. Falls, based on what he did to her and based on 
the items found in his car."<br />
<br />
Police are not charging Heather for the shooting, which they say was in self-defense.<br />
<br />
"I knew he was there to kill me," Heather said.<br />
<br />
Police in West Virginia have asked the FBI for help, and are entering 
Falls' name into a national DNA database to check for links to other 
crimes.<br />
<br />
Falls was found with a list of names, ages, and phone numbers of 10 other women, but police found all are still alive.<br />

Medical examiners performing an autopsy on Bobbi Kristina Brown said 
Monday their initial findings turned up no obvious cause of death, while
 experts said the months that have passed since Brown was found 
face-down in a bathtub are working against authorities now tasked with

 could have rendered Bobbi Kristina unconscious in the bathtub.<br />

Experts said time is definitely an enemy in Brown's case. Any drugs she 
might have taken passed from her bloodstream long ago. Physical injuries
 would have been healing even as Brown remained largely unresponsive. If
 police overlooked any physical evidence at Brown's home after she was 
hospitalized Jan. 31, recovering it nearly six months later may be 
impossible.</div>

Dr. Michael Baden, former medical examiner for New York City, has 
performed more than 20,000 autopsies during a career spanning more than 
45 years. He said the first obstacle for forensic pathologists in 
Brown's case will be a living body's ability to mend itself and erase

The Medical Examiner says he has subpoenaed medical records, presumably 
from the hospital, to determine if drug testing after the accident was 
relevant.<br />

Nick Gordon has said both he and Bobbi Kristina had been doing drugs and she took too much.<br />

At a second news conference late Thursday, authorities said they had 
found the gunman's vehicle with a suspicious package inside. A bomb 
squad and hazmat team had been called in to assist and the area near the
 theater was evacuated. Colonel Mike Edmonson of the Louisiana State 
Police said that there are no other suspects apart from the deceased 
shooter.<br />

The gunman opened fire with a handgun at the Grand 16 Theatre in 
Lafayette, approximately 40 miles east of Baton Rouge. Authorities said 
approximately 100 people were inside the theater at the time.<br />
The shooting happened about 20 minutes into a 7 p.m. showing of the movie "Trainwreck," said Katie Domingue.<br />

"We didn't know what to do. You're scared to walk through the parking 
lot. You don't know if the guy's in a car, hiding in the parking lot," 
Fernell said. He watched as police with assault rifles entered the

Fernell said he heard from a police car radio that six people were down 
in Theater 14. After more gunshots, he heard that the suspect was down 
and had committed suicide.<br />

Police said they had closed other theaters in the area as a precaution. 
State and federal personnel were on hand to assist in the investigation.<br />

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal arrived at the scene approximately two hours
 after the shooting. At a news conference, Jindal praised the response 
of local law enforcement and asked for prayers on behalf of the victims.<br />

Speights, reality set in and the children ran into the woods near their

became the youngest children in the country's history to be tried as
