Chris Brown who has been spending so much time with his daughter 
Royalty, says he has had it with his baby mama Nia Guzman's child 
support and custody demands, so he's asking a judge to intervene.<br />
<br />
Chris and Nia have been at war over 1-year-old Royalty for a long time 
now. She's demanding $15k a month in child support, but Chris Brown 
doesn't think it is a fair amount.<br />

Due to this reason, he has filed legal documents in Houston to establish
 paternity of baby Royalty. That will give him the right to fight Nia 
over support and custody. <br />
<br />
Chis who has been paying Nia $2,500  per month, believes it is a fair 
amount. If he ascertains that he is Royalty's father, he will then go to
 court to file for custody and a fair amount for child support to Nia.<br />
He says Nia has been denying him the right to see his daughter, so he 
wants a judge to get involved and set guidelines for both of them<br />

A severly injured man has filed a lawsuit against <strong>Bobbi Kristina Brown</strong> and her grieving family.<br />
RadarOnline.com has viewed legal documents that show <strong>Russell Eckerman</strong>
 41, is going after the Browns after he claims he was left with 
everything from “pain and suffering” and “mental exposure” to medical 
bills totaling over $700,000.<br />
<br />
Brown was behind the wheel of her friend’s Jeep Liberty in Roswell, 
Georgia, on Jan. 27, just days before she was found facedown in a 
bathtub.<br />

Russell Eckerman, of Marietta, Ga., claims the Jan. 27 head-on crash left him with medical bills and damages exceeding $730,000.<br />
<br />
The accident occurred near Atlanta just three days before Whitney 
Houston’s only child was found unconscious in a bathtub in her home in 
Roswell, Ga.<br />
Bobbi Kristina, 21, who has been in a coma ever since, was moved to a hospice facility last week.<br />
<br />
The suit, filed Friday in Fulton County, Ga., Supreme Court, charges 
that Brown was speeding and tailgating a car when she lost control of 
her 2005 Jeep Liberty, swerved into oncoming traffic and collided with 
Eckerman’s Ford Taurus.<br />
<br />
At the time of the crash, a witness said Eckerman was bleeding from his 
head and did not have a pulse. Eckerman was revived and taken to North 
Fulton Hospital, where he spent several days in critical condition.<br />
<br />
Witness Osse Lessage told reporters at the time that Bobbi Kristina 
jumped out of her car and raced to Eckerman to find out his condition.<br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“She was running and screaming, ‘Oh my gosh,’” Lessage said at the time.
 “My brother-in-law was there (saying) ‘calm down, calm down.’”</blockquote>
Police investigators determined Bobbi Kristina lost control of the Jeep 
when she blew a right rear tire. Investigators said they found a nail in
 the tire.<br />
<br />
The suit was brought against Bobbi Kristina through her guardians, who 
include her father, R&B singer Bobby Brown, her aunt, Pat Houston, 
and her conservator Bedelia Hargrove.<br />
<br />
The suit also named the Ford Motor Company as a defendant, charging the 
airbag on Eckerman’s car did not deploy properly and its seatbelt was 
defective.<br />
<br />
Meanwhile, Bobbi Kristina’s family continued to hold a bedside vigil for her at the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Ga.<br />
<br />
When leaving the hospice facility Wednesday after a two-hour visit, Pat Houston said that her niece’s condition was the “same.”<br />

According to new reports, Bobbi Kristina Brown made desperate pleas to a
 friend for help days before she was found unresponsive in her bath in 
January. Screenshots obtained by Radar Online, claim to show a series 
of text messages Bobbi sent to a friend - in which she claims she had 
been fighting with partner Nick Gordon.<br />

£4,000, but still had more than £5,000 in debt.</span><br />

Elvidge QC said Ruddy's life was 'running out of control' around the 
time of the killings, and that his marriage was also on the verge of

told that Ruddy's behaviour had been 'erratic', and he had been 
prescribed anti-depressants by his doctor after falsely claiming his 
father had died.</span></div>

claimed he went shopping with his mother in Asda before going back to 
her house to watch an Olly Murs programme on TV. </span><span style="font-family: inherit;">He
 had claimed that during the programme there was a knock at the door 
which his father went to answer, and that two men broke in before 
knocking him unconscious.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: inherit;">He said he awoke to find both of 
them dead, before going to a neighbour's house with a pair of scissors 
sticking out of his shoulder to ask for help.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;">During Ruddy's trial, Newcastle 
Crown Court heard that Mrs Ruddy had managed to utter the words 'please,
 can you hurry up' before her son ended the call and strangled his 
mother with a wire cord.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;">But a BT spokesman told the court 
that Mrs Ruddy's words were indistinguishable, and there was no sign of 
distress during the call so it was not passed on to police.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;">She added that police forces have 
asked that inaudible calls are not forwarded to them and insisted the 
operator 'followed the call-handling process'. </span><span style="font-family: inherit;">The spokesman said: 'I can confirm that a three-second 999 call was received by a BT operator.</span></div>

or distress and although a muffled, unclear voice can be briefly heard 
on the recording, what was said was unfortunately indistinguishable.</span></div>

the police, the operator remained on the line after the handset was 
replaced for a further 45 seconds before then ending the call as the 
handset is not picked up again.</span></div>

we do not connect such calls to them and our operator correctly followed
 the call-handling process.'</span></div>

launching his attack, then lied to police, saying they had been killed 
during a violent burglary.</span></div>

seem more plausible, Ruddy cut his father's face with a serrated knife 
as he lay dying, then stabbed himself in the chest and shoulder with

address until more than an hour later after Ruddy returned home with a 
neighbour who called an ambulance, but the couple were pronounced dead

that Mrs Ruddy's voice was unclear and audio experts had to use 
specialised equipment to decipher her words. </span></div>

blunt force trauma to the head, and had also been cut with a knife or 
knives,while his wife Carol, an ex Newcastle University employee, had
