Following his disturbing and emotional Facebook posts where he revealed a
 lot of family drama, footballer Emmanuel Adebayor has been granted 
compassionate leave by his football club, Tottenham Hotspur, for a 
second time this season to return to Togo to sort out all his family 
issues.<br />
<br />
Spurs head coach Mauricio Pochettino excused Adebayor from training this
 week and the final game of the season against Everton on Sunday May 
24th. He will also not travel with his team on the post-season tour to 
Malaysia and Sydney.<br />

This guy is about to end his football career because there are now 
reports that Tottenham wants to sell him during the summer. Though the 
club is claiming they want to give him time to return home, sort out his
 issues, clear his head and return in the correct frame of mind either

Stephen
 Curry hit two free throws in the final seconds to finish with 34 
points, and the Warriors rallied from a 16-point deficit in the second 
quarter to beat the Houston Rockets 110-106 on Tuesday night in Game 1 
of the Western Conference finals.<br />
With the Rockets seemingly ready
 to rout the home team, the Warriors used a smaller lineup featuring 
6-foot-7 Draymond Green at center and closed the first half on a 21-4 
run. Shaun Livingston scored 14 of his 18 points in the quarter, helping
 Golden State go ahead 58-55 at halftime.<br />
The Warriors held off 
James Harden and Houston in the fourth quarter again behind their 
undersized lineup, which worked especially well after Rockets center 
Dwight Howard departed with a left knee injury.<br />
"It really 
stretches people out," Warriors coach Steve Kerr said of his lineup full
 of shooters. "Houston does the same thing. It was an interesting chess 
match, because they like to go small and we like to go small."<br />

Harden, the runner-up to Curry in the MVP voting, nearly 
brought the Rockets back without Howard in the fourth. Harden finished 
with 28 points, 11 rebounds, nine assists and four steals, but his late 
push fell short.<br />
"You can't give a really good shooting team easy 
layups and confidence," said Harden, who shot 11 of 20 from the field. 
"That's what we did in the second quarter."<br />
Game 2 is Thursday 
night in Oakland, and it's unclear if Howard can play. Howard doesn't 
think the injury will sideline him for the series.<br />
"Hopefully 
Dwight is healthy and we can play big," Rockets coach Kevin McHale said.
 "We didn't have that option with Dwight out."<br />
Harden, serenaded 
with chants of "Over-rated!" from Warriors fans, mixed in a series of 
step-back jumpers and driving layups to help Houston even the score at 
95-all midway through the fourth.<br />

But the Warriors shut down Houston for long stretches, and 
Curry kept hitting shots to match Harden's brilliance. Curry connected 
on a 3-pointer and converted a layup to put Golden State up 108-97 with 
2:01 remaining.<br />
"It's entertaining basketball. We're both supposed
 to help our team win and do what we can to impact the game," said 
Curry, whose 2-year-old daughter Riley, playfully interrupted him during
 his postgame news conference.<br />
The Rockets never relented, though,
 with Trevor Ariza making a 3-pointer that trimmed the Warriors' lead to
 108-106 with 14.6 seconds to play.<br />
Curry twice caught the 
inbounds pass, and the Rockets were forced to foul him both times. He 
hit both free throws to seal Golden State's win.<br />
"When we go 
small, it's not necessarily small. We have guys out there that can guard
 multiple positions," Livingston said. "From there, it's just feeding 
off our crowd."<br />

Curry added six rebounds and five assists, and Green had 13 
points, 12 rebounds and eight assists to boost the Warriors when they 
needed it most.<br />
Ariza scored 20 points and Josh Smith had 17 points and seven rebounds for the Rockets.<br />
In
 the conference finals for the first time since 1976, the Warriors 
hardly looked like the league's top-seeded team at the outset. Instead, 
the Rockets rode the momentum from a stunning 3-1 series comeback 
against the Los Angeles Clippers that ended with a Game 7 win in Houston
 on Sunday.<br />
The only setback to Houston's hot start came when 
Howard briefly left in the first quarter after colliding with Smith. 
Howard returned after a few minutes, and the Rockets raced out to a 
49-33 lead midway through the second quarter that left the home fans 
stunned and silent.<br />

With Andrew Bogut in foul trouble and the Rockets rolling on 
both ends, the Warriors put Green — the runner-up for NBA Defensive 
Player of the Year — at center and spread the court with shooters.<br />
Green
 helped get stops, Livingston scored 14 points in the quarter and Curry 
capped the spurt with a step-back 20-footer that sent the crowd roaring 
even louder. Fans later broke out in chants of "M-V-P!" as the Warriors 
sprinted to the locker room with a 58-55 lead.<br />
They never trailed again.<br />
"When you try to keep your big in against our small lineup," Green said. "It's rough."<br />

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Boxing fans across the country and their lawyers are 
calling the hyped-up fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather 
Jr. a fraud and want their money back, and then some.<br />

At least 32 
U.S. lawsuits seeking class-action status allege Pacquiao should have 
disclosed a shoulder injury to fans before the fight, which Mayweather 
won in a unanimous decision after 12 rounds that most fans thought 
didn't live up to the hype.</div>
Fight of the century? More like fraud of the century, the lawsuits contend.<br />

"The
 fight was not great, not entertaining, not electrifying. It was boring,
 slow and lackluster," according to a lawsuit filed in Texas alleging 
racketeering, a claim usually reserved for organized crime.</div>
A 
lawsuit filed on behalf of Flights Beer Bar near Los Angeles 
International Airport in California said Pacquiao and his promoter's 
actions were "nothing but a cash-grab." The bar paid $2,600 to broadcast
 the fight.<br />
The fighters are expected to earn more than $100 
million each — Mayweather more than Pacquiao. HBO and Showtime broke 
records, raking in more than $400 million from 4.4 million people who 
paid to watch the pay-per-view broadcast.<br />

Those viewers paid up to $100 each, and the lawsuits want that money back.<br />

It
 isn't as easy as showing a receipt and demanding a refund. A federal 
panel of judges will likely first need to decide if the lawsuits from 
multiple states and Puerto Rico should be consolidated into one case. 
From there, a judge would have to decide whether to certify them as 
class action or not.</div>
What's sought in each is the same: a jury 
trial and at least $5 million in damages, the threshold for federal 
class-action lawsuits.<br />
But the defendants differ. All include 
Pacquiao and his promotions team but some add Mayweather and his 
representatives, along with HBO, Showtime and cable companies.<br />
Representatives
 for Pacquiao and Top Rank Promotions, HBO and Showtime had no comment 
on the lawsuits. Mayweather Promotions did not return multiple phone 
messages.<br />

Exhibit A for most of the 
lawsuits is a Nevada Athletic Commission medical questionnaire that 
Pacquiao signed days before the fight. When asked if he had any 
injuries, including to his shoulder, he replied, "no."</div>
In fact, his shoulder was injured enough to warrant surgery shortly after the fight.<br />
In
 a twist, Pacquiao revealed for the first time in a post-fight press 
conference that he had torn his rotator cuff weeks before. The Nevada 
Athletic Commission denied him a pain reliever mere hours before the 
fight, when regulators first learned of the injury.<br />
Conspiracy 
theories abound as to how many people knew about the injury and when, 
including claims in a few of the lawsuits that Mayweather had a spy in 
Pacquiao's camp and the boxer targeted Pacquiao's right shoulder during 
the fight.<br />
Experts in resolving legal disputes doubt disgruntled boxing fans will be able to claim victory.<br />

"They'd have more lawsuits if they didn't hold the fight," said
 Maureen Weston, director of Pepperdine University's entertainment, 
media and sports dispute-resolution project.<br />
If a fight is what 
fans were paying for, the boxers unquestionably delivered, she said. 
Just because people didn't like the show doesn't mean they get their 
money back, Weston said.<br />
Ultimately the question is: Who did Pacquiao have a legal duty to explain his injury to?<br />
Short
 answer: He didn't have to tell viewers, she said. The only contract 
viewers had was with their cable companies, which had contracts with HBO
 and Showtime.<br />
It's not the first time customers have gone to 
court when things didn't go quite the way they expected in the field of 
entertainment.<br />

Remember Milli Vanilli? Music fans in the 1990s argued the 
lip-synching pop duo owed them a refund once it was revealed they 
weren't actually singing.<br />
Or the bite-fight with Mike Tyson? 
Sports fans may have gotten an earful, but they contended they didn't 
pay to see a boxing match only for it to be disqualified.<br />
Neither resulted in judgments for refund-seeking customers. Milli Vanilli fans got a buck or two back in a settlement.<br />

Intelligence's office, said the release of "a sizeable tranche of 
documents recovered during the raid" was in keeping with President 
Barack Obama's call for "increased transparency."</span><br />

accordance with a law obliging the spy agencies to review all the Bin 
Laden materials for possible release, he said</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">The documents are 
Central Intelligence Agency translations of the originals in English, 
and AFP had no way to independently verify the materials or the accuracy
 of the translation.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">The release came shortly after US journalist 
Seymour Hersh alleged that Washington's official account of the hunt for
 Bin Laden and the raid that led to his death was a lie.</span><br />

spokesman Ryan Trapani said the declassification had been long planned

Laden argues that the only way to alter US foreign policy is to "start 
striking America to force it to abandon these rulers and leave the 
Muslims alone."</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">But the documents also highlight deep divisions among the militants over how to wage their terror campaign.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Bin
 Laden warns that conflict with regimes in the Middle East would 
distract the extremists from hitting hard at what as far as he is 
concerned is the real enemy -- America.</span><br />

the region from 2010 and urges his deputies to seize the moment of 
"revolution" and rally Muslim youth.</span><br />

Jihad breakdown that is about to take place in Iraq, that is mostly 
caused by your followers," said the letter dated May 22, 2007.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Bin
 Laden writes of the need for large-scale terror operations, even though
 some of his deputies are finding it difficult to organize massive 
attacks as they try to avert drones overhead and US eavesdropping.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">One
 document recently declassified in a terrorism trial in New York but not
 released on Wednesday quotes Abu Musab al-Suri, an Al-Qaeda veteran, 
who advocates going after smaller targets of opportunity as a more 
realistic approach, intelligence officials said.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">"Bin Laden at the
 time of his death remained focused on large-scale operations while 
other Al-Qaeda leaders believed smaller operations, or inciting lone 
terrorist attacks, could succeed at bleeding the West economically," the
 intelligence analyst said.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">Bin Laden failed to win the argument. 
After his death, Al-Qaeda's leadership called for lone-wolf attacks, and
 Suri's idea of "individual jihad" has won out.</span><br />

 IS group, which was officially excommunicated from Al-Qaeda, now 
controls vast swathes of territory in Iraq and Syria and its online 
propaganda has been blamed for inspiring attacks from Paris to the
