Tiger Woods was seen on Tuesday for the first time since he announced his split with Lindsey Vonn . He spoke to reporters after playing a practice round at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida about his break-up.

He revealed that the end of his relationship upset him and that he's been unable to sleep, not just about his break-up with Vonn but also the fact that this week marks the anniversary of his father's 2006 death.

'Obviously it does affect me. It is tough, there's no doubt. I'm not gonna lie about that, it is tough, said Tiger of the split
'On top of that, this time of year is really, really hard on me. This three-day window is really hard.' 'I haven't slept. These three days are just brutal on me. Obviously with what happened on Sunday, it just adds to it,' said Woods

Meanwhile, his ex Lindsey doesn't seem to be having any problems with sleep. Vonn got right back to work after news broke of her breakup with Tiger Woods, jetting off to Korea to be officially named an honorary ambassador for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Games.

Vonn, an Olympic gold medalist at the 2010 Vancouver Games, became the first international honorary ambassador for Asia's first Winter Games outside of Japan just days after her high profile split from Woods.
